Airguard LLC was spun off from a collaborative research projects with Yale University.
As part of a team of professionals Mike participated in joint efforts to nurture start up firms spread their roots and develop into hitech multi national corporations. His most interesting assignment included mentoring a trio of fresh graduate engineers organize their corporation, obtain venture capital and develop unique technologies over a period of 15 years. Mike helped them to expand across the US and the globe. This resulted in acquisition of this start up by a conglomerate of leading tech giants.
Mike worked with the management consultants and multi national firm of Certified Public Accountants to facilitate due diligence review by the buyers. This assignment helped Mike focus his efforts into starting his own businesses with friends in 2017.
