Mauro carries the experience of over 40 years in tasting, grading and blending, being one of the best specialist of Brazil and the world! That means, we have a lot of baggage when we tell you our coffee is a unique experience! That’s why, we, as a union of farmers, chose Mauro to classify our best coffees.

We only work with coffees where the grade is 85 plus, and always seeking the highest graded. From the mountains of Minas Gerais state, Brazil, where volcanic soil is a plus, to the mountains where the soil is a little more acidic producing a little bit more citric coffee, thought the highlands of southeast Brazil, we – together – form the “crème de la crème” of what’s good in life.
